Before signing up for the tour you have to do “the old once-over” to your body with an industrial cheese grater. This is to build up enough scar tissue and scabbing to endure the first week. And then you just sign your name on the dotted line . . . in blood, baby! Yeah, that’s right. In your own bloooood . . . .

Do not let the tiny beautiful woman in the photos fool you—I signed my name in blood, did the once-over with the cheese grater and Shanti took me on the crack bouldering “tour” which left me in sheer agony. We concluded on Life Without Parole and she detroyyyyyyed me—outrageous! Prepare yourself for humiliation and a bruised ego.

Miss Shanti, I done tried to make my X in blood (I ain’t much fer no fancy book-learnin’), but I musta climbed ‘round here too much already so no more blood would done come out. I guess I mighta already done the tour too many times so my veins is gone dry.
On a less local-redneck note, although a tour with you as the tour guide does sound (look?) awfully appealing, I have a feeling there’s a line forming at your rear just to get a chance to spot it on problems. Plus, as everyone knows, there are only two seasons at The Voo: Climbing Season and Drinking Season. Frankly, it’s gettin’ on Drinking Season. Call me at the Spring Equinox and perhaps I can muster up the juice. ;)
